I notice that in the witness mind exercise we went right away to the deep breathing and we were told to focus on the breathing as a way to to a peaceful and less distracted mind during our exercise. I appreciated that if I strayed, I needed to refocus my mind on flow of breath to get to a more peaceful mind . In contrast to loving kindness excercise I was told to find a wise person in my life and and focuse on them and find my inner wisdom. The narrator said we should go back and listen to the loving kindness exercise.
Fustrations I exprienced was just trying to stay focused on my breath flow and quieting my mind from distarctions.
2. This exercise of subtle mind does help our body to relax and it allow our mind to relaese unnecessary clutter and creates a nice spiritual inner peace that attribute to our holistic health wellbeing if practice everyday.

unit 4 blogg
The practice was very refreshing and I had a time picking someone wise to focus on because I have many friends I'm close too, and feel they are all wise people in my life , so I had to draw lots and I singled out one.The whole program really made me connect with this person and then look into my own inner wisdom. I think I connected with another me that I really like. I can see how this will change a persons prospective about themselves and then other people. I feel if you don't like yourself it is impossiable to like others.
unit 3 blogg post.
My physical wellbeing I rate a 5. I could be more regular with my exercise program. I ride stationary bike and walk a lot but I would like to make a goal to do more body building tune up body muscles.
Psychological wellbeing: I rate a 8 because I do a lot of breathing meditations and I’m constantly weeding out what I need mentally and what I don’t need. My goal here is to continue to sharpen mind and to build wisdom and confidence in myself always room for improvement.
Spiritual I rate at 5 , cause I feel that I could always do better with inner being and I would like to make a goal of silencing feeling of anger and pride at the right time and not later.
My goals are stated with my rating s but for clarity I will say my goal's are to build body muscles up , by doing more body building and to work on building confidence in my inner wisdom to heal, and to silence emotions like anger and pride at the right time.
The crime of the century: Love the soothing relaxing tone of voice. The background music very relaxing. The narrator easy to follow thru rainbow prism. Exercise relaxed me and put my mind at ease. The mental imagination can be hard to use if not used as often as a older person ,but these exercises make you use the imagination and also faith.
How did I enjoy relaxation exercise? Unit 2
I really enjoyed the relaxation exercise the speaker was very soothing in his relaying of information to us to try diffrent methods. I was impressed on how quickly my blood flowed out of cavity and up my shoulder and down into my arms and my hands, making them feel warm and heavy and relaxed. I felt same sensation in my legs and feet once I directed flow of blood to those areas through my mind. I could see how if used correctly this can help a person with poor blood circulation to direct blood flow where ever needed in the body.

Welcome to my blogspot .
I feel this class is awesome and I look forward to getting to know my Professor and classmates as well. This week I have already learned what Integral the path to human flourishing means to my health.I think the author Elliot S. Dacher has really made a valiant point in his publication Integral the path to human flourishing health. Many people have taken prescription drugs for years with only minor relief , but only to get sick again with same sickness. I feel that stress and problems that plague us in life are the unseen real problem to most illness and if we consider these things we can escape many ailments in life by applying four aspects of human existence , Psychospiritual, and worldly, interpersonal, and biological . This is just a small part of my learning exprience in unit 1.Look forward to hearing from classmates.
